I led a wedding ceremony for my friends on a boat in Boston Harbor, and created this sigil to commemorate the day.
In search of a cyclical design
The vision is to have a symbol that evokes the land from one perspective, and the sea from another.

3d Printing with pin
After an iteration or two, I realized that I could print the pin stem directly onto the piece, letting me put off learning to solder for yet another project.
In the end I decided not to print the chain clasp as part of the pendant, so that it can be removed and placed in either orientation.
The final gift box
Echoing the Middleground pin and pendant combo, this set went out to the happy couple only *a bit* over my 1-year grace period.
